This is a 150 page workshop manual on the sphenobasilar (SBS) cranial patterns and advanced sutural releases. The cranial axes and movements of the 10 named SBS patterns are thoroughly described, with illustrations and details on how to identify and treat SBS dysfunctions. To enable practitioners to apply this information in clinical settings, one section is devoted to symptoms, related muscles, evaluation methods, and treatment procedures for each pattern. The next section provides many additional suture releases, most of them more specific and advanced than the 13 techniques that were presented in CSF-1.  The information presented in this manual is essential before progressing to the CranioStructural Integration manual or workshop.
